Getting started with AvenQuant
Move through registration, verification, funding and configuration in order. Each stage gives you information needed to decide whether to continue.
1. Before you register
Read the risk disclosure, fee schedule and withdrawal policy. Decide how much you could afford to lose without affecting rent, bills, debt repayments or an emergency reserve.
Use a private email account and a device you control. AvenQuant is not appropriate for someone seeking a certain income or unable to tolerate loss.
2. Register and speak with a manager
Provide accurate contact details through the secure form. An account manager explains the platform, checks basic eligibility and answers operational questions.
The call is not a guarantee of acceptance or a recommendation to invest. Do not share a password or one-time code.
3. Complete verification
Supply requested identity and address evidence through the designated secure channel. Ensure documents are current, complete and readable.
Additional source-of-funds evidence can be required. Ask why a document is needed if the request is unclear.
4. Review and fund the account
Confirm the legal entity, fees, payment instructions and AUD minimum before sending money. Use a bank account or payment method in your own name.
Begin with an amount that allows you to learn without creating financial pressure. Funding does not require you to activate every tool.
5. Choose settings and notifications
Walk through strategy parameters, limits, alerts and pause controls. Use conservative settings until you understand how they behave during both quiet and fast markets.
Notifications support oversight but should not be your only record. Review activity directly in the authenticated account.
6. Important operating notes
Automated analysis does not remove market, liquidity or technology risk. Check results, keep contact information current and review changes after any unusual market event.
Withdrawals depend on available funds and verification. Allow for business-day and bank processing times.
