Terms of use
These terms govern use of the AvenQuant website and general platform information. Product-specific documents presented during onboarding may add to or replace parts of these terms.
1. Acceptance
By using the site, you agree to these terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use restricted functions.
2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity, provide accurate information and satisfy location and service requirements. Access can be refused where a service is unavailable or verification is incomplete.
3. General information only
Website content is educational and does not consider your objectives or financial situation. It is not a recommendation to acquire, hold or dispose of an investment.
4. Account responsibility
Keep credentials confidential, enable available security controls and notify support of suspected compromise. You are responsible for authorised activity and settings used through your account.
5. Platform tools
Analytical and automated functions depend on data, programmed assumptions and third parties. Outputs can be incomplete, delayed or wrong and must not be treated as certain predictions.
6. Risk
Trading can lose part or all of the amount invested. Read the risk disclosure, fees and relevant product documents before deciding to proceed.
7. Payments and withdrawals
Supported methods, ownership checks, availability rules and processing times apply. We may delay or reject a request where required for security, law or insufficient available funds.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe security, interfere with other users, submit unlawful funds or impersonate another person. Automated access requires express permission.
9. Intellectual property
Site design, text, software and brand assets are protected by applicable rights. You may use ordinary account outputs for personal records but may not copy or resell the service.
10. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law, and nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes, law and contact
Terms may change for legal, security or service reasons, with notice where required. Australian law and applicable dispute rights govern the relationship stated in the account documents.
